The Custom Box Wizard is ready for immediate use. Tables are designed with options normally required for corrugated box computations. Working with experienced box designers, estimating tables were arranged to provide most options without unnecessary data input.
Tables are designed to accommodate board supplier pricing schedules, setup and upcharges. Slitter stock is automatically selected and shown in a pop-up for below minimum quantities.
Manufacturing process routing may be predefined for any product or entered and modified for any quantity estimated. Alternate routings and Add-Ons are supported for both custom and stock sheets.
Computations are automatically performed to show Profit Margin, Sales Price and Above Board Cost for each quantity.
Quotations may be quickly prepared by selecting quantities from either one or several estimates and printed or sent via FAX or Email.
Farm out any job by clicking an option button and the system will store the data associated with each "Buy Out". Issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) by using the same information as the quote except the price column is blank.
Enter Sales Orders and Create shop orders automatically from any quotate. Create Delivery Tickets, print Load Tags and Invoices.
Create a spec sheet and shop order automatically from any estimate. Print a production master complete with diagram and dimensions on your laser or ink-jet printer. Customize your diagrams for any container with both regular scoring and cumulative dimensions.
Create Board Orders automatically from Shop Orders. Automate a manual function that you do each and every day. The Board Order Wizard computes best fit on slitter stock and combination sheets for best buys from board suppliers. Board Orders may be printed and sent to Sheet Supplier either by FAX or e-mail.
Tracks customer inventory of warehoused pallets and containers. Maintains customer Purchase Orders for each container showing history of receipts and shipments for both pallets and containers. Prints the following reports:
